IRDA - integration

Irkutsk Region Districs Award - "IRDA - integration" is founded by Irkutsk Award Group (IAG). The award "IRDA - integration" is issued for the QSOs with the amateur radio stations of Irkutsk region and Ust-Ordynskii Buryat autonomous area. As from the first of January of 2008 these subjects of Russia will end independent existence (in connection with the inegration into one (Irkutsk region), and for this reason the award becomes unique landmark in the development of the history of Russia. QSOs provided on all short wave bands are counted for this award. Contacts can be made with any mode and with any power for this award. QSOs from 12 June, 1991, (the day of the formation of the Russian Federation as the independent state) till 1 Junuary, 2008 are counted. To obtain the award it is necessary to provide contacts with districts of Irkutsk region and Ust-Ordynskii Buryat autonomous area:
for stations located outside Russia - 3 districts.
In addition to this for obtaining the award it is necessary that among these contacts as the minimum: one QSO should be made in 2007 year (in the year of an integration).

The application is a standard form (the same for SWL) with the indication of all basic data about QSOs: call, date and the location of a district in accordance with the list of IRDA Award. Look at the IRDA list page. The application must be certified by two licensed HAMs. Or in the local radio club.
Do not send QSL- cards to the award manager. But he has a right to demand QSL- cards for the additional checking. In this case you have to send needed QSLs for checking.
The cost of the award:
for Russian stations - 100 rubles,
for CIS stations - 4 euro,
for other stations - 7 euro or 10 new IRC.
If QSL-cards were sent to the award manager then the payment for return delivery of QSL-cards should be sent.
