The award TRANSSIB is established by Irkutsk Award Group
and is issued to HAMs and SWL of all the world for
QSOs provided with utmost cities of the Transsib: Moscow (UA3A..)
and Vladivostok (UA0L..).
Plus the middle of the Transsib: Irkutsk city (UA0S..).


In all - 3 QSOs

Contacts provided on any band, by any mode, since August, 1, 2005 are valid.

Endorsmets(stickers) are issued for contacts made with low power:

QRP less than 5 Watt (OUTPUT) and

QRPp 0.5 Watts and less (OUTPUT).

Terms of an application for the award

The application should contain QSOs made,
the name of the inhabited locality,
the date,
the band,
the mode,
the callsign.

The low power QSOs - QRP/QRPp - should be mentioned in the application to get
endorsments.


The application should contain a confirmation (from national radioamateur league
or two HAMs having the license) that contacts are logged in the log of an applicant.


There is no need to have QSL-cards.
The application can be sent via E-mail.



The award costs 10 IRC (or 10 USD).
An endorsment costs 4 IRCs.
