発行者 : IAG (イルクツク市のアワードグループ)
条件 :シベリアのTRANSSIBの沿線の市のアマチ ュア局と交信（ＳＷＬは受信）。 市とQSOはモスクワ市(UA3A...)とイルクツク市(UA0S...)とヴラディヴォストク市 (UA0L...)など三QSOがしなかればならないです。ＱＳＬカードをそれぞれの市の アマチュア局から各１枚得る。
Contacts provided on any band, by any mode, since August, 1, 2005 are valid.QRP less than 5 Watt (OUTPUT) and
QRPp 0.5 Watts and less (OUTPUT).
Terms of an application for the award
The application should contain QSOs made, the name of the inhabited locality, the date, the band, the mode, the callsign. The low power QSOs - QRP/QRPp - should be mentioned in the application to get endorsments.
The application should contain a confirmation (from national radioamateur league or two HAMs having the license) that contacts are logged in the log of an applicant.
The award costs 10 IRC (or 10 USD). An endorsment costs 4 IRCs.
